A new British restaurant from the Galvin brothers

The five star hotel, The Athenaeum, is welcoming Michelin-starred Galvin brothers to open their latest London restaurant, Galvin at The Athenaeum, this month.

The Galvin brothers have satisfied London diners and critics alike with their fine dining menus since they opened their first joint venture, Galvin Bistrot de Luxe, in 2005.

With five Galvin restaurants to their name, Galvin at The Athenaeum is a first for the brothers as they step away from their trademark French-inspired menus to offer a British menu focusing on home-grown produce from independent UK farmers.

The restaurant is now open and will serve from 7 a.m. through to 10.30 p.m.
